Villa Monette
Situated conveniently in Samoens village and finished in 2005, the apartment sleeps up to 6 people in very comfortable accommodation. The Villa Monette was constructed by MGM Constucteurs who have an enviable reputation for quality building in the Samoens region.
Entering the apartment block by means of a keypad, the apartment A1 is immediately to the left on the ground floor. The access from the roadway is totally level with wide doors making wheelchair access very easy.
Inside there is a lounge/diner/kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is Satellite TV, video and DVD players in the lounge area; please bring your Sky card to enhance the choice of programmes.
A corridor leads to the bathroom (bath and shower) with washing machine built in; further on to a separate WC, bedroom 1 and bedoom 2. The latter has full size bunk beds with fully sprung mattresses. A quality double sofabed in the lounge provides further bedspace.
Sliding doors from the lounge lead on to a small terrace and grassed area with attractive shrubs. A table and folding chairs are available.
